Counterfeit JBL Speakers why is EBAY is allowing ?

Beware, most JBL speakers listed on ebay are FAKES. They are counting on the buyers to not be educated about the product, the listings say no returns and people are falling for it. Report the sellers to ebay and start a return claim for item not as described. I purchased a fake speaker and it was not cheap, he posted photos of real speaker and box. What I got was clearly a FAKE, the speaker which is supposed to be waterproof had cheap stick on vinyl letters, the box was a cheap copy of JBL had no serial numbers, no original paperwork the hand cord is cheap and is not correct, I can go on. He claims it was not fake an he does not accept returns, file a return anyway and report to ebay. Most of the speakers listed on EBAY are fake, some clearly post the fake box and fake usb cords and show the vinyl letters.

Shouldn't most experienced eBayers know by now that a seller's "No Returns" stance does not apply if/when the item is not as described?

Open an item not as described case. Unfortunatetly there are millions of fake items on ebay.  Ebay can't verify each listing.  You file your item not described case and report that seller. Hopefully, he will get others that report the same thing and ebay will take him down.

Very often if the price is alot cheaper than the real item then it's probably a counterfeit. You need to use common sense sometimes.

Once you open the case, make sure to return to the case in a few days (there will be date.) If you do not get a return shipping label by the deadline, ask Ebay to step in and issue you the refund.

You say buyers aren't educated about a product they're buying. Yet you somehow expect eBay to be educated about and monitor each of the 1.5 billion listings on the site. Obviously that's not possible. So they offer a very buyer-centric Money Back Guarantee that enables buyers to get refunds for any item that's not as described.

eBay is simply a site that puts buyers with sellers. There is NOT someone that LOOKS at every (1,000,000 an hour) listing to determine (and how would they find all those experts to look at the 1,000,000 different items that are on the planet) if it was fake.

Like Blaming a Magazine for running an ad (that they were PAID to run) for Xray Glasses; or the newest FTX dude that had people like Tom Brady advertising for a complete Billion $$ scam.

YOU have to KNOW what you are buying when you buy things ANYWHERE- online or in person.

You can always return something on eBay if there's a problem. "No returns" does not mean "no returns". 

Seller hasn't sold a lot of stuff as I can see. I see no problem in you getting a refund.

There are honest and good sellers on eBay who sell JBL speakers. I dislike the work "most" sellers. You only bought from one seller I assume JBL speakers...so I wouldn't use the word "most" sellers.

And as a seller yourself, you should know you can get a refund without a problem from this transaction.

As a seller to another seller...I don't give out negative feedback...buyers and sellers can read them and some can have that negative feedback removed. I had a feedback removed with the word "fake" in it by customer service. Better to just say something like not the real thing or disappointed. Since it is a newer seller it probably won't get removed by the seller.

Hell I have a generation 1 JBL Flip that I was debating on selling.  lol

No charger but it works great.  I can get it to charge with a custom made adapter cable, as it uses 12v...  Weird speaker.

As to this.  Yeah, file the INAD and move on.  A seller gets enough of those they will get shut down.
