I ordered a Chromebook recently and I absolutely love it
But I need access to the Google Play Store and it doesn't work with the computer anymore. But it's stated explicitly that I have full access to the Play Store in the description of the Chromebook
I have asked the seller 4 times for resolution for the matter and they remain unanswered. It hurts the company's integrity that one they are false advertising and then when asked about it, they won't answer. I don't know how to proceed with eBay to A) Get a replacement that does offer the service along with prepaid return shipping for the other product. B) a complete refund C) they pay for the extension of the Play Store (if possible) D) provide a cord that is able to interact with my cellphone and the microscope and the Chromebook (if possible).

If you've had it less then 30 days, go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

You need to exactly follow ken's instructions. If the seller says they don't accept returns, it does not matter. You received an item not as described and that's the case you need to open.

No, just telling the seller what @kensgiftshop said won't do anything. And the seller's no return policy doesn't apply if the item is not as described. You need to follow the instructions given to open a case with eBay. Once you open that case, eBay will inform the seller and give them a chance to voluntarily send you a return shipping label. If the seller doesn't, you can return to the case and ask eBay to step in. At that point eBay will send you the return shipping label. Once the seller has received the return you'll be refunded.

Their no returns is overruled when the item isn't as the seller described.
Do as I said above to return the computer.
It won't do any good to tell the seller, you need to tell Ebay, by opening a case.
