Comes up need to up date tried  but will not it says need different software on iPad but works fine my old phone any help would be appreciated thanks

The app update only works with Android 10 or later, and iOS 17 or later devices. You can access ebay through your mobile device by using its browser.

If you are unable to update your operating system to a late enough version to use the eBay app, you may want to delete the eBay app and use a browser to reach ebay.co.uk instead.
