I canceled an order with a seller and received a credit, but then i was charged again. I contacted the seller and he said Ebay has to correct it. He couldn't. Should i just take it up with my bank or how do i get help from Ebay??

Did you get a message from ebay that you have been 'refunded'? Is the 'charge again' the credit card you used, which would take days to show the refund? (1st they would show a 'charge' which would be 'pending' and then it would be shown again in the 'done, processed etc. column.
Also note- buyers cannot cancel orders, they can 'ask' a seller to do it- did you ask the seller to cancel?
