Can't Find Order or Seller

I ordered two items on eBay and the order does not show up anywhere.  I've tried searching using every possible combination of item description, order ID or sales record numbers, etc. that appear on my receipt.  The chat is useless and there is no telephone number to talk to a living, breathing human.  This is so frustrating.  All I want to do is contact the person I bought the item from.

You should have received the Order Confirmation email from Ebay.

Find the email and click on Order Details.

Which username are you using to find the order?  You posted this topic using ohm051 but are now replying with lesohnm0.  Maybe you are checking the wrong ebay, and/or email account for information. If you bought as a guest, You would have to check the email address for which ever eBay account you bought from, since they would each have different ones. Depending on your email provider the confirmation email may have gone into a spam, junk, promotions, business...etc. file.
