Hi,
I was wondering though listings, and later Seller sent me an offer in which specific shipping method indicated (in "Shipping" field when I click review offer, no shipping method mentioned in Seller's offer message).
I will sent counteroffer etc, but if we agree, I'll need to choose ANOTHER shipping method.
Is shipping method already fixed in Seller's offer already or I'll be able to choose another when paying?
Shipping costs significantly different depending on method.
Thank you!

Listing provides 2 shipping methods with different carriers.

That's the shipping options you have to choose from.
An offer is only for the item and has nothing to do with shipping.

Whether you purchase the item at its full price or through an offer/counteroffer, the shipping options and cost will be whatever is shown in the listing. When you pay, you can choose between whatever options are shown in the listing.

Well, you can REQUEST a different shipping method BEFORE you make the purchase, If there is a good and sufficient reason it might help to include that with the request. I can think of several but I won't take the time to detail them here.
BUT the seller can refuse. Because I can also think of several that I would automatically refuse.
If you and the seller are able to come to an agreement then you buy. If you can't then you don't.

If the offer's message you received was "The seller has sent you a special offer, they may have sent it to other members"... Then you will not be able to counter offer it. However, if they have more than one shipping option given on the listing page, you should be able to select from the options at check out.
As has been pointed out, Offers of any kind are for the item price only. Neither you or the seller can change the shipping method(s) or cost.
