Buying Advocate

Does anyone know if eBay allows or offers Buying Advocates? I know Selling Advocates are a thing.

I want to make a purchase in the USA, from a seller who doesn’t offer International Shipping. I’m more than happy to pay the postage costs associated with shipping to Australia.

Find a package and freight forwarder from a U.S. state that doesn't charge sales tax. They'll give you a U.S. address. Make it your shipping address.

I’m wanting to purchase a 2 yard piece of fabric, which is located in St Paul, Minnesota.

I contacted the seller several months back but she doesn’t want to send it Internationally. I’m unsure why?

I want it to make a special item for my daughter to start working as a nurse.
