Is there a way to search or sort my Watchlist/Summary to find "Buy it Now" items I have saved?

If you are using a desktop browser, use Control-F to search for the word "bids" and it should highlight all the listings that allow bids.

"Buy it Now" items should have a "Buy it Now" button that can be searched and found.

If you have listings that are auctions in your Watch lists that you placed there over 7 days ago, they will likely be at the bottom of the list in the Ended items section on the last page of your watch list.

On your lists items will show the title and below that you see,

If an item were an auction you would see the current price and ( X ) bids then the shipping cost. So it is easy to tell the difference between Buy It Now listings and Auctions.
