I received a $25 coupon from Ebay for their 25th anniversary. I used it within the time period specified to buy a pair of sneakers - the total cost was $54.95, after the coupon was applied my PayPal account was charged $29.95. The sneakers arrived and were a different size than what was in the listing. The seller was responsive and sent me a return label; after they received the sneakers back my PayPal account was refunded $29.95.
I've contacted Ebay through their Facebook page about having the coupon reissued but have yet to receive a response from them. What usually happens with "lost" coupons like this, when the transaction was refunded due to SNAD? Has anyone else had a coupon reissued? This doesn't seem at all fair on Ebay's part, to drop the ball this way. First of all, they're gifting me a coupon for being a longtime member then they turn around and act like I'm not worth their time.
Should I keep pursuing them about this matter or would I just be wasting my time?
Thanks in advance.

Thank you. It doesn't sound like I'll get a reissued coupon.

I do not think you will get another coupon either, you lost it sorry.
