So I bought a Nintendo Switch Pro controller from a seller thinking it was authentic. The box had the Nintendo logo on it and everything, but when I tested the controller the rumble was not the same as a normal pro controller and the controller update was stuck at 0% indicating it was fake. The way it felt was also different from my other pro controller. Is there a way I can get a refund even if the seller doesn't accept returns? I unfortunately already left positive feedback because this was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I didn't think I would need to test it.

Ebay's Money Back Guarantee supercedes a seller's no returns policy. Go to the item in your purchase history and click Return, choosing item not as described as the reason. You'll get a return shipping label, and once the seller receives the return you'll get a full refund.

You bought fro a China based seller with a 97% feedback rating, and expected to get an authentic Item? Go to your feedback profile page and at the bottom of it you will see an option to Follow up to given feedback. click on that and leave a comment stating what you have told us here.
In the future never buy brand named products from China based sellers.

To be honest, I usually go by where it's shipping from on the listing which in this case was listed as Washington, United States. I don't often check the seller's profile for their location, but I guess after this experience I should. I'm just not used to them using the company's official branding on the packaging like this. I appreciate the response and advice.

Even if you don't check the seller's location, 97% is a horrible feedback score. That alone would have me hitting the back button.

Yeah, I usually try to buy from 99%+ feedback most of the time. However, I checked their negative feedback beforehand and none of it had anything to do with the pro controllers or any sort of bootleg mention. I gave them benefit of the doubt which didn't pay off this time.
