Unpaid item strikes age off after a year.
Until they are gone, you will be restricted. There is no work around for being blocked for nonpayment history.
Find other sellers that don’t have this block in place.

If you bid and dont pay, you get a strike.
2 in 12 month and most sellers have you blocked.
They dont want buyers who dont pay and waste their time.
Either wait for these to fall off or buy from someone who doesnt have the block set.

Why do you have so many unpaid item strikes? If you have the winning bid on an item, you are supposed to pay for it. If you are not going to pay for an item, then don't bid on it. Period.
Many sellers have a block in place that prohibits habitual non-payers from bidding on their items. You need to learn to act like an adult and pay for what you win. Apparently in the past you haven't and you are finding out what the consequences are.

"I tried to check my purchase history and I don’t know if I’m checking good enough..."
Because you did not pay for at least 2 items they will not show up in your purchase history. Only items you have paid for will show in your history. You must not have paid for at least 2 items in the last 12 months, which is why you are blocked from bidding on or making offers for items.
Most sellers have set up a Buyer Requirement that automatically blocks buyers with 2 or more unpaid items in the last 12 months.
You may have gotten the 2 unpaid item strikes because you:
Do not check ebay messages or emails very often.
Bid on an auction early then forgot to look at your ebay messages, until more than 4 days after it ended with you as the winner.
You Accidentally click on Accept Offer, when checking notifications, possibly on an item you received an offer for, but did not mean to buy.
You committed to buy an item but did not pay within 4 days.
If you are using a phone or tablet and the eBay app, it is easy to click on the wrong buttons on the smaller screens, so you have to be very careful not to click on the wrong one.
If you have a computer, use that to shop on ebay. The larger screen can prevent you from making wrong button mistakes.

What EXACTLY does the error message say? "Unpaid items" can mean different things that can trigger different blocks or limits.

"So many unpaid item strikes"?
All it takes is two, and sellers can block a buyer.

If you go to your purchase history there is a menu row across the top. One of the selections is Unpaid items. If you click that it will show the listings you didn't pay for. As others have said, the strikes will age off one year after you received them.

Hi @jj12_17
You can see all your unpaid items in your My eBay. [I believe they are listed under the category Unpaid Items ... or something similar.]
Sellers are able to block buyers who've received 2 or more unpaid item strikes within a 12-month period. You will NOT be able to buy from sellers who use that block until only 1 unpaid item remains on your account. [Each strike remains on your account for 12 months.]
