Bidding on duplicate listing with different listing number

I have left a bid on an item which ends in one day then I saw the same item with different listing number as a buy it now which ends in two days. What happens if I am the highest bidder on the first listing do I win the item ?

These are two different sales. So, yes, if you are the highest bidder you would win that listing.

If you are the winning bidder on the auction item AND if you have purchased the Buy It Now item, you are required to pay for BOTH items.

When you receive the items, you can resell one or give it away.

Yes. You can bid or buy as many as you want.  Keep in mind, you should only bid more than one if you want to purchase more than one.

They are two separate listings.  If you want two of the item you can by the one and bid on the other and if you win you will have purchased them both.  Of course, you are expected to pay for all of your purcases under eBay's UA.
