Best offer not working

Is anyone else having problems making a best offer on an item? Every time I try to make an offer on an item an error pops up, I spoke to CS and they told me that they are aware of the problem but I see that some users are able to make offers so I was just wondering if I am the only one that has problems making offers?

Yes, I can confirm.  Happening to us too.  CS says they are working on it but we have been broke for 72 hours.  There are rumors that there is now a 30 max outstanding offers across site at any given time.    If that is the case, it is unacceptable.   We need this fixed now

I made a Best Offer earlier today and it worked.  In fact, the seller accepted!

I made a Best Offer about 12 hours ago, seller accepted immediately, so it worked for me.
