We need a Bad Seller 'X', we have a "Save this seller" "Heart' to "Favorite" good sellers. I have seen where while nice to be able to Flag "Good" or "Favorite" sellers it is equally useful to Flag "Bad" or "Undesireable" sellers. A Seller has the option to Block Buyers and Bidders the same needs to be true for the other side of the road.
Just my two cents.

Exactly who would do this labeling of bad sellers? And don't we already have the ability to leave feedback for sellers, bad or good?

Not sure about your feed page, but it is possible to block a seller's items from appearing in a search by using the Advanced Search page. Go to the seller section, choose "only show items from" then pick "exclude"; enter up to ten seller usernames separated by commas and search.
If you bookmark or save the search and use the search results page as the basis for future searches, you can continue to block those sellers' items from appearing.

The idea would be just like you can mark a seller as a "favorite" you could PERSONALLY mark a seller as bad and they would automatically not appear in your search results thus saving you having to use Advanced searches which take time and additional effort. Furthermore as a seller could change identities, if you tag them (at least for Favorites anyway) they would remain tagged. But again this would be personal not global unless they wanted to go the next step and have sharing of "known bad sellers" as a thing.
Maybe it is just me but I see listings that are (how to put this p c) operating in the VERY VERY GREY areas of the law. And anyone who has been on Ebay for any length of time knows that feedback can be bought if the person leaving the feedback lacks moral fiber.
And Thank You for reading my post and replying.

I understand looking for specific things and you hit the nail on the head. " enter up to ten seller usernames" this is just WAY too few, I have ran searches that ran into the 1000's of results with anywhere from 25-50 (being p c here) Grey sellers in other words sellers that I had to manually add to a physical list to prevent purchasing from and again this "list building" when done external to Ebay will not take into account changes to user accounts. When I was collecting there was one seller that managed to get me and a friend of mine at least 3 times due to changes in name that we had no way to track. This tagging would prevent this altogether unless the user started a new account.
TLDR: 10 is just not enough for most of my needs, it isn't going to track over time and will result in loss on my end.
