So I was looking to buy a comic book and sent this seller an offer and they responded with a counter offer, but before I wanted to buy I wanted to see better pictures of the item because condition is everything. This was their response to my inquiry about the pictures. Am I wrong in thinking they're trying to pressure me into buying without seeing the full condition of the item??

@jzam2332 You ask... "Am I wrong in thinking they're trying to pressure me into buying without seeing the full condition of the item??"
They may just be trying to avoid an NAD claim later. I don't think the seller even thinks you could be pressured.
I DO, however, think it's kind of pissy to tell you that they charge to scan pages. You're not at Kinko's.

Await better photos to make an informed purchase decision.

I would let the seller post with the pictures you asked for, and if the book is satisfactory to you make your offer again

Never make an offer until you have seen everything you needed to make your decision. You offer could have been accepted before you asked for the extra pictures. You are very lucky the seller counter-offered.
