I was searching for an item and got loads of results - most of them from China. I went to Advanced Search and put "China" in the 'exclude' box and chose "UK only" for the 'items from' option.
This reduced the results to only 3 - all from China.

This is utterly frustrating. When I go to "help", there is no option to contact ebay at all and all the options under "buying" have nothing to do with search problems. Needless to say, no "search" option under "Help."
I have no problem with a lack of support if the basic software works, but how is anyone supposed to purchase anything if the search results are the exact opposite of what the person selected?
