So I can do everything, click anything, except for clicking anything within my account, no personal information, no payments, no permissions, no history etc.
When I click "contact us", it says "We didn't find a good match for your search. Please try again", on everything, every section .. there is no chat, no email, no nothing.
Tried different pc, different browser, not resolved, issue is active everywhere, so it must be something on my account and .. yeah .. cannot contact support .. so how to contact support if "contact us" doesnt work?

I have seen several posts from users in Central Europe registered on ebay.com that are getting the same error.

You might have better luck getting in contact with eBay by going through a different site such as ebay.co.uk, and requesting a chat with an agent.
Unfortunately if you are registered on ebay.com, some account features like those involving payments can only be accessed through ebay.com, though.
Or try contacting eBay via social media and point out that the chat assistant is not working in your location.

I am having some of the same issues, just spoke with Ebay and they are checking the issues. I cannot accept offers, send invoices or anything. Hope they fix it soon.

Provide customer support your username and the following number which should allow eBay to identify the problem you are experiencing: ALERT13931.
