About phone I bought

I bought a phone Wednesday, but up till now they seller didn't yet ship my package. I'll like you guys to contact me or the sellers and what is taking them too long to respond to me thanks.

It's up to you to contact the seller for your purchases. What was the seller's Handling Time?

Check the given delivery date.  One day past that if it's not arrived, file an item not received case.  

If your seller did not purchase shipping through eBay, they would have to mark it shipped and enter the tracking number be hand.  A new seller might not know that.  So, it could be shipped.

Just watch the delivery date.  Until then sit tight and see if it arrives.

None of us on these boards are ebay employees. We are however very experienced ebay users who can give you information on what may be the reasons for the delay or what to do if the seller does not ship the phone.  If you open your Order details and post the ebay item number, just under the item title (12 digits no hyphens)  we should be able to help you.

Most sellers let you know when they ship and give you a tracking number, but it's not a requirement.

When a seller lists an item they are given a choice between 1 to 30 business days handling  time. Sometimes a listing specifically states the seller's handling time, and sometimes it ddoesn't, however, most seller's choose between 1-5 business days handling. It has only been 3 days since your purchase.

What is the expected delivery date in the listing? That is the date you should look out for because you can't  do anything until after that date. What's the item number?

What is the sellers handling time on the phone?

If they have a 5 day handling time, they don't have to ship until this Wednesday.
