I purchased watermelon seeds from Ebay on September 2. I was suppose to get the seeds in a couple of days. Messaged Seller that I never heard of Aqualine and it says package not received by carrier, to cancel order. A couple days later later updated to delivered, but no one came on my property. I emailed the seller but they have their form responses of lies and stalls set. I disputed it with Ebay with Item not received but they stated I won't get a refund. With all the aqualine scams going online Im really contemplating suing Ebay for damages this fraud has caused. STAY AWAY FROM ANY SELLER THAT USES Aqualine. I've been using Ebay since 2009, but there won't be anymore from me.

If seller has tracking showing delivered in your zipcode they will win an INR claim.
I get the feeling you didn't come here to ask a question though, only to paint a large swath of sellers that have remote inventory with a broad smear brush.

But Aquiline is garbage and allows for multiple bad things like allowing modification of tracking origin point to hide actual starting location so Amazon dropshippers can make sure origin matches listing.
It isn't real tracking. The only tracking eBay should support is tracking from an actual carrier.
Buyers can't contact aquiline for an actual address, they never saw the package, they just relay information.
Buyers have no way to prove they weren't fake tracking scammed. Unlike at a real carrier so they can request statement that it was never sent to their address.
