A really bad seller

How do I contact eBay 

Because I have a really bad issue with a seller I bought a child's super man costume 

But when I received it . It was to big it was ripped and she won't give me back my full refund .

So you are unfamiliar with eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers?

You received an item that's not as described.  Open an item not as described case.

You have posted your topic on ebay's U.S. site (ebay.com), and while the answer give you may be totally correct, you may want to login to the U.K. site's community (ebay.com.uk)and post the same question on those boards.

 

So far it sounds like you have only contacted the seller, you did not file a not as described dispute, using the Money Back Guarantee (MBG)  Go to your purchase history, click on the Return Item button to the right of your item's title, Select not as described, Arrived damaged as the reason for the return. Do not select wrong size, or you could be responsible for the return shipping cost.  If you want, add a photo of the torn area.  Since you have contacted the seller you can skip that suggestion. If the seller does not refund you or send you a return shipping label within 3 days, ask ebay to step in and get a refund.  Leave an appropriate before you get the refund.

Find the item in your Purchase History.  There is a drop down menu.  First item will be "return this item".  Click on it.  You have 30 days after the delivery to do this.  

Again, you have no need to contact CS.  The MBG shows you what to do.
