Is my bidding amount revealed to the seller? Too often my winning bid is taken to the max amount, by a bidder one minute before the auction's end. It's all very suspicious to me.

I do not want to use 2 step verification

I do not want to use 2 step verification to a mobile number. I see no way in Settings to disable it. Is there anyway around this miserable requirement. I LOATHE the websites that are doing this.
