I love working with Bullseye 🙂 It does work a bit differently than moretti but some of the colors are to die for !!

Bullseye is great, but much harder to work with than moretti, lauscha, etc. IMO. The COE is only 90, so it is much stiffer, although not as stiff as boro. I guess that is why I keep burning it, because it melts so much slower and I get impatient. :( ~Carole

I have a problem with the moretti prussian blue, every bead I have make with the color has cracked. I love this color, but, I am wondering if it has a problem. On the other hand I now have quite a bit of prussian blue frit.

Are you sure it's Moretti and not Lauscha? Are you using it with other colors? Encasing it etc? Are you putting the bead directly into the kiln? Some glass (colors) can be pretty finicky lol On the Bullseye: When I started making beads I was having a problem with my bullseye cracking and learned that it has to be put directly into the kiln while it was still "glowing". I almost quit working with the Bullseye until my friend told me what I was doing wrong.

It could be lauscha, I do not have a kiln yet. I live off grid and I need one that uses propane or solar. I have not encased with it. I just love that blue, but if I have to wait for a kiln for it, then I guess I will put it away. Lauri

Just courious, I have'nt heard of this color of blue glass. But I don't really pay too much attension to the names of the colors. When I buy glass, it's just a matter of looking through the selection and saying.....I want one of these..and another of this.....how about that color there--> this color looks good....and oh... *sigh* just give me some of everything!! 😄
