I bought a tablet that was supposed to be working that turns itself off randomly. I started a return, printed the label, brought it to the USPS, they did not honor the label because it is not for GROUND. They are only shipping items w/lithium batteries by GROUND. I emailed the seller but no reply. How do I get them to give me the proper label. I don't want to pay for shipping since they shipped a broken item.
More info:
I found the provision the PO told me about here:

Additionally, pre-owned, damaged or defective electronic devices — such as cellphones, laptops, tablets — that either contain or are packed with lithium batteries must be mailed by surface transportation using Parcel Select Ground or USPS Retail Ground, Parcel Return Service or Ground Return Service.
