I need to give banking info to get paid. Issue is when I go to "payments", as instructed by articles and chat bots alike, it only seems to give the option of setting up card info to pay for items I buy. I may have set up account as buyer only, but assumed during my listing process it might ask if I want paid and where to send $$.
What am I missing?
Is there really no customer service at 6AM?
