Hey, I finally broke down and bought the label machine. Unfortunately, it is printing the actual label and the information both on the 4x6 label. How do I fix this?

On the create label page, look to the lower right and click on Show More, then CHANGE, select PDF and the 4x6 label format.
Make sure your browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.
If you need more help, come back with the model label printer you have.
