How do I add an account to receive payments?

I've just created an ebay account to sell an item. I have my listing completed but have not listed it because I still needed to set up a Paypal account/way to receive payment. I tried to do this, but Ebay tells me they no longer use Paypal. However, they also give no other payment options or info. How am I supposed to receive payment from a buyer when there's no way to link a Paypal anymore or provide any other payment option?

You have to enroll in Managed Payments to receive buyer payments, PayPal is no longer an option for sellers (although buyers can still use it)
