under estimated weight

I estimated weight at 20 pounds. It will weigh about 22 pounds. Can I pay the additional postage myself. If so, should I just pay it at the PO upon shipping?

@geomul_6548  u can purchase the shipping label thru ebay for a discounted rate, it will automatically show u the cost and the different shipping options once u enter the weight and dimensions.

paying at the post office and other shipping facilities is very expensive.

I entered the wrong weight. The package is heabier than the shipping label will be for.
