The buyer has not paid after 3 days. I want to send an invoice and
sought to find the cheapest cost to ship. No matter which shipper I
choose the price is the same. The shipping calcuator doesn't seem to
make sense to me.
I estimated weight at 20 pounds. It will weigh about 22 pounds. Can I
pay the additional postage myself. If so, should I just pay it at the PO
upon shipping?
