Sellers are required to ship to the address provided by Ebay, not a different address provided by the buyer.

Once you have verified that it is actually your buyer that made the request, you can suggest that they request you to cancel the transaction. Then you can cancel, refund, relist so that the buyer can repurchase the item using the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you changed the address on the label from what the buyer sent when they paid to a different you can not do that. eBay requires you to ship to the address on the order. If the request to ship to a different address came via message after the sale make sure it is actually from the buyer and not someone trying to get you to ship the item to them. Look very closely at the 2 user names make sure they match exactly.

If they do not match, ignore the request and ship to your actual buyer.

If it is your buyer you will not be able to change the address after the sale. Let the buyer know eBay requires you to ship to the address on the order. You will need to cancel the sale using reason problem with buyer's address. Then list the item again for the buyer to repurchase with the correct address.
