trying to contact Ebay

Dear Ebay –

I’m having difficulty reaching anyone at Ebay… and the chat assistant won’t connect me to an agent.

I purchased a used Pirelli tire from chiozzatiresnj on 11/8 as a Buy it Now Guest.  My credit card was charged.  I’ve never received the tire, it has not been shipped according to order details, and the seller hasn’t returned my reaching out for info.  This order is complicated by using a guest feature when purchasing but the bottom line is: 1) I want to cancel the order; 2) I want to give chiozzatiresnj a very poor recommendation; and 3) I want my money refunded to my card.

Apparently as a guest I was eric_318 and the order number is 06-10767-96440.

Please contact me ASAP to resolve this issue.

You don't need to (or want to) cancel the transaction. What you want is s refund for an item that was not received.
