hoping someone has had experience with the eBay vault. Deliveries are signature required through fedex, as well as restricted, so I can’t hold my failed delivery at an authorized FedEx location. Has anyone figured out how to change this? Apparently eBay vault is the shipper and the only one that can change this. And I have no idea how to get ahold of the vault. Any help is appreciated!
