like i said one was black and the other silver in the second shipping try i sent then picture so they could get it wright in the frist place they make any a temp too make it wright just refund plus i sent back one thinking they would make wright they said all they were going too do i could keep the black and give a refund i paid for two and end up with just one not what i paid for too get too that match help me they did ship and sent one back two time and end up with just one

The easiest way is to go to your Purchase history, locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on MORE to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. You print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
