changed subsription yesterday but still aint upgraded. done so so i could post more items. it still aint changed over and i have to get started listing the items.

A new listing can take up to 24 hours to become live. So, it might take a your store changes even longer to become functional.

Subscribing to a store does not change or override your personal selling limit.

If your personal limit is 10 items, you won't be able to list more unless you reduce the quantity on the item you have listed.

Yes it has been 24 hours or will be by dark at the latest. So within the next two hours.

ALL new sellers have listing limits.  No changing over will override those limits.

I understand that, I upgrade my subscription to 10,000 items. Did so because the basic was not enough with the 10 items. I currently have 500 I need to list and 1000 by the end of Sunday night. With in the next couple weeks I'm looking at having 5000 + or atleast within the month. Thanks for the reply.

Stop and take a breath. Opening a Store will not allow you to list more than 10 items a month. You jumped the gun on opening a Store.
