I purchased a MS Office 2019 Pro license, MS reseller was doing scrupulous activities, so Microsoft cancelled  licenses sold by them and mine was one of them, and it has been less than a year. I sent multiple messages to STCOINC and tried getting help from Ebay, but there is no category for customer service to respond.

At least put them on a no fly list? I would hate to see someone else to go thru this
