rip off return

I am needing to know if its possible to deny a return on a pair of shoes after they kept for 30 days and wore on vacation? There reason is not authentic shoes and our listing was no return policy. Thanks for any help.

After 30 days buyer can not open an ebay claim.  Otherwise, if it was under that accept the return if you want them back before refunding.

Next REPORT the buyer for abuse of the ebay MBG.
