I am having trouble reaching eBay customer service. I have been requesting call backs for months and my phone never rings. I am trying to get an issue resolved where an item was never sent, fraudulent tracking numbers were provided, and eBay would not step in during the window when Buyer protection was available. The message was "After October you can ask eBay to step in" when actually October was when the case would be closed. The day Buyer protection ended the case was closed due to "inactivity", when I had been sending requests every other day. The strangest thing happened next. I have the transcript from a completely BIZARRE customer service rep on eBay who said over and over "Don't worry, I can help you, I will do this and this..." Nothing! Why all of the promises? Why was this transaction not handled properly and why didn't I receive the Buyer protection I was promised? Why is no one calling me back? Why do I keep getting emails saying that eBay tried to call and I didn't answer, I have no ad blockers or anything on my phone. This has me worried that I can definitely no longer trust eBay. Where can we "CONTACT EBAY"???????
