return label

I refunded my buyer, but, now can't print a return label.  How can I do that?  It seems that option isn't available once you refund.

@jameshz   You are supposed to get the item back and then refund the buyer.  If you refund before the buyer even prints the label then the return label option is removed.

The only thing you can do now is send a buyer a return shipping label as a JPEG in eBay messages.

Just be sure that your buyer is willing to return the item before you buy the label or you'll be out more money as the label is not refundable.

The buyer is not obligated to return the item if you have already issued the refund.

As previously stated, you issue the refund AFTER you have received the returned item.
