Hi,
I ordered an expensive baby carrier and it was listed as excellent used condition, when it arrived it was not in good condition. It had a stain and felt very worn, arrived damp due to poor packaging. I contacted the seller to inform them and they said I could return for a refund but I had to pay shipping. This isn't eBay's policy since their listing did not match the item I received. Also, their return they issued has a different address tan the address they messaged me to return it to. How do I go about returning this item?

You're right - the seller pays return shipping.
If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

You are covered by Ebay's 30 day Money Back Guarantee.

Thank you! I didn't realize I had to wait the 3 days.
