respond to question

In my seller hub. I can see that an item has a question but when I hit the respond to question I get a message that says "The question you are trying to answer is either invalid or older than 90 days. You cannot respond to questions older than 90 days." Even though I just got the question today. What's the deal? Is it because I checked my messages first?

That's been an ongoing bug - can you respond if you open the Message from your Messages Inbox, or from your private email?

Hello. Thank you for your reply. Yes, I can respond through messages. I was able to contact customer support and was told it was an IT issue and should be resolved within 48 hrs. Hope it helps!
