Hi, we are oversea seller with valid VAT number in Spain. We are eligible to sell and ship goods from Spain locally. However I can't get through with the registration process. Is there someone that can show me step to step how they do it?

Opened a Paypal account and registered a credit/debit card with them as well as a checking
account?

Linked your ebay account with your Paypal account?

Specified an automatic method of paying your seller fees?
