Hello everyone. I'm trying to file "item damaged in shipping" claim, but once I get to the "upload " documents part , nothing seems to work & I can not complete the claim. This is the second time this has happened now.  I list an item and choose ONLY US SHIPPING.  Then some dead beat with an international shipping address is somehow ABLE TO PURCHASE my item.  They don't pay, don't communicate, and I end up having to cancel the item and relist it - complete waste of my time.   How can this be prevented?     Thank you in advance. ... I returned an item and was given a full refund.  Now I would like to return the item to the seller ( It cost close to $200).  I get no response from seller when I ask for her return address -- perhaps she is not allowed to post this information in an email? And I get no response from Ebay.  Indeed I don't even know how to contact Ebay (whoever that is!) to try to get the seller's address.  Can anyone help me figure this out?  It would be a shame if the seller couldn't get back her item.  Thanks for your help!   Deidre ... I found a motorcycle on craigslist that I want to purchase, they have the bike listed for $1000 little good to be true. I emailed them and started talking about purchasing the bike. A couple things that are making my gut not trust this seller. Without asking they told me why they are selling the motorcycle for so cheap it belonged to there son who had passed away and is something they do not like having it around. Sounds like a sob story. I live in Florida and the seller lives there as well and posted that the bike was in Florida. Come to find that since the passing away for there son they are spending time in Montana visiting family and that is where the bike is located at. I gave them my information for eBay to send me an email for the financing it seems to be from eBay, but I was received into spam and said that this a suspicious email. I am totally unfamiliar with the buying process on eBay, it says I need to go to a store where they sell eBay gift cards and purchase so many that equal the buying amount. I know of one way only that ebay is the best. That way is that ebay is the biggest for now. Why does ebay refuse to come up with ways to help the buyer & seller in such a way that it does not help one without hurting the other? They certainly can do that. How do I stop eBay from automatically relisting my items? There is not a default setting in my Seller profile to stop relisting. The relisting option check box has been removed from the listing tool. Hello guys, I need some help, after the "famous" switch to managed payments I've been murdered with fees in a way or another on ebay's platform. Here is the problem going on that I just noticed today. I get an order from a customer, for example on my last order the customer paid $628.50 total ($528 + 60.87 shipping + $47.63 tax), I didn't print a shipping label using ebay, I took the boxes to the post office and paid out of my pocket then entered the tracking numbers on ebay. The problem I'm having is that ebay is sending me only $501.69 for that transaction, they are deducting the shipping charges even when I didn't print any label through them. Any help on this regard will be welcome, There are items that I only ship USPS parcel select, option that ebay hasn't available anymore, and I just noticed I've been murdered charged the shipment cost twice by ebay on shipments that I pay out my pocket at post office or using paypal directly in the past. I listed a pair of used headphones on eBay with a buy now and make an offer option. A buyer made an offer that I accepted and the buyer never paid. After three days of having my listing tied up by the non-paying buyer I noticed that my listing was removed and canceled. There was a notice that stated that I would have an email from eBay with an explanation as to why the listing was removed. When I checked my inbox I saw no email and therefore I have no reason or explanation as to why my listing was removed. I tried to contact eBay with no success. How do I find out what exactly happened and more importantly I want to know if I can relist my headphones in order to sell them without breaking any rules. I've been on this site since 2002. Never had a problem selling before. Today I tried to list some items and suddenly ebay wants me to verify my address. Well, I live in a rural area where we don't get mail delivery so I use my PO Box as my address. My post office is literally down the street from me. The worst part of my street address is that it's technically a highway and the actual address never verifies correctly through UPS or FedEx's systems. My PO Box is verified to my name and my Paypal account. Paypal has no problem saying my PO Box is verified. What's ebay's problem? I understand a lot of people don't like PO Boxes but my hands are kind of tied living where I live. I'm literally stuck with it. I have been dealing with the street address problem my whole life since I've lived here my whole life. So how the heck am I suppose to get ebay to verify my address so I can go back to selling? How do I contact them? They had no problem for the last 19 years using my PO Box as my address but today it's a problem. I can't move I don't have that option. ... View more
