Seller originally stated he'd issue a refund if I'd please wait just two days more to see if item would be delivered...The two days were up June 10, so I requested the refund be issued. He responded asking if I wanted a refund!!!!!! I responded stating that was what my prior email stated, and Yes, I want a refund...That was on June 10 - Thursday; No response from him until Sunday night, June 13, asking me to wait a few more days...I stated NO! I've waited long enough and want the refund. I also sent a request through ebay, so now ebay is going to give him until next Friday, June 18, to respond!!!!!!!!!!!! That's totally asinine when he offered to issue a refund on the 10th and has not kept his word, and, of course, it's not possible to contact ebay and let them know he already stated he'd issue a refund but isn't doing it. Is there anything I can do? I'll NEVER order from ebay again since there's no way to speak with someone to straighten out a situation where my money is being held hostage for an item that the tracking number has stated the same information for a full week and says the barcode was damaged and a new one issued. The item is still at the same location it was and still states the same information.
