Need Help with FedEx Damage Claim

Hello everyone.

I'm trying to file "item damaged in shipping" claim, but once I get to the "upload " documents part , nothing seems to work & I can not complete the claim. Do not think it is accepting my photos or screen shots.

Help is appreciated.

I'm using MacBook/ Apple OS & I did create FedEx account .

P.S. The last claim I filed was about 10 years ago & a lot has changed since than 🙂

Since you used ebay FedEx, you must go through ebay for the claim, as they are the shipper of record.  This can always be problematic and why it is always best to use your own account for FedEx or UPS.

So you will have to contact ebay when you have problems submitting or collecting on your claim.  Otherwise, it would be quick and easy had you used FedEx directly.

I would try a different browser to upload your documents.
