I have a buyer who says a product arrived but was slightly damaged. I used the eBay USPS shipping option for this sale. I made a purchase on Sunday, guaranteed delivery by Friday. I received two order confirmations that day.  On Thursday (today) I received a notification that the order was cancelled and a refund was issued.  The notification states that I requested the cancellation, which I did not. Either the seller did not have the item available to sell, or the price that I paid was too low to suit the seller and they decided to cancel. Can anyone advise me what to do?  EBay’s Help articles don’t help at all.  A Buyer bought an item from me.  eBay sent me an email saying the item sold, was paid for and sent me a label.  I mailed it.  Now, 6 days later eBay sent me an email saying the Buyer wasn’t registered with them and they’ve cancelled the transaction.  The pkg is due to be delivered to that Buyer tomorrow and I get get a message to the USPS not to deliver it.  I’m out $29.  Do I have any options? ...
