Hello,   I purchased an extended warranty  through a company called “Square Trade” on December 7, 2020. The insurance was for a pressure washer scrubber. I know mistakes will happen: my item was sent to another buyer and I got his. I contacted seller who , in hindsight, should have had us both send items back to her.  But she suggested that we could mail to each other so I did; tracking number showed his item was received a month ago, and seller attempts to contact him have been in vain.  So I never got my item and seller is giving me a refund.  But I really wanted the item (hard to find vintage bracelet).  I am offended that the other buyer has not returned what was not his so that makes him a thief.  Is there any way to censure the other buyer or force him to return my item?  Is it legit for me to contact him , since I still have his address, or is that not allowed on ebay? ... I recently purchased items here and ve had nothing but problems with thos app. First, I couldn't get an invoice for multiple purchases despite repeated attempts by one of the sellers.  Second,  I can't track these purchases because the information wasn't available and still isn't,   Third , upon trying to get one of the multiple purchases paid  and not shipping on each item somehow I paid for the items and all the shipping,  which was a complete disappointment,  I've made purchases from both sellers in the past with NO PROBLEMS before, now I cant leave even any feedback for the sellers which are A#1 ebay sellers.   My frustration grows        ... Hello,   I sent a buyer a brand new collectible figure and they claimed it was missing pieces, which I knew not to be true.  I accepted the return and the box I got back was empty.  Figure was not in there.  Contacted the buyer and he said it's the second time it happened to them.  Ebay refunded them.  I disputed it with ebay and they said to file an incident with the police.  Has anyone had experience with this?  It's an expensive collectible but not sure if there's a downside to filing a report or am I just spinning my wheels? ... Lately for the last month or so I will only receive watched item notifications and ending soon notifications when the app is open. I have missed tons of watched auctions this way.  When I open the app I will get a barrage of multiple notifications of items that have ended since I last used the app.  It's really disappointing that I have missed and continue to miss these items.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the issue remains.  I am using an up to date Samsung Galaxy S20 if that makes a difference. Ebay sent shipping label with shipping cost to me. Item was returned.  Seller is disputing the return, opening case with ebay challenging the return. Received neutral feedback on a shipment from STL to California. USPS dropped the ball, yet I get bashed.   Considering that Postal delays has been going on for over a year now, why isn't eBay providing for their inefficiency instead of passing it on to the shipped (who shipped on time)? Don't use the post office shipment estimates. They are useless.    Shipped a PRIORITY mail item on Dec. 18, 2020 from STL to HOUSTON and it STILL hasn't arrived, nor will the PO admit it is lost/stolen or whatever.   Out the refund money and the Post office won't reimburse me. After many years and much money spent, I am about to leave ebay in disgust. Their total lack of customer service, unavailability of an agent and app failures is ridiculous in light of the current competition.
