prior ebay store that have never been included with my history

How could I add to my profile the years with a prior store that never were added to my account.

I have asked so many times for guidance to so many representatives at no vail that every contact with them now is like a slap in my face because is no true the numbers of years as an ebayer seller.

I know that I can not gain anything but it represent my honesty, loyalty and commitment to the community.

I will appreciate the help on this issue.

If that store was under a different user ID, there is no way to combine the statistics with your current ID.

All selling activity is tied to your ID - anything sold under this ID with or without a store, or with a prior store are included in your history.
