I am trying to solve the problem of an increase of.75 cents on my shipping labels.  Usually it is $7.40 for a flat rate envelope and $13.75 for med. flat rate box.  Last week I was charged $14.50 for the box and today $8.15 for the envelope.  Same cost as post office.  Ebay usually offers discount.  I tried the chat but assistant said after over an hour of trying to solve, that it must be a technical issue that others are experiencing.  Anyone else have this problem.  Any clue how to solve it?

Check the link on your previous post - the rates went up in Oct.  $8.15 is the new commercial flat rate envelope price.
