The last 2 times i have tried to print shipping labels the cost is the same as the post office without the Ebay discount. For example today I want to ship a large flat rate envelope that usually cost $7.40. When I go to print a label the cost is $8.15. I have tried to talk to the help assistant on the phone but the call rings once and does not go through. How do I solve this shipping cost problem
