Item was accidently marked paid. It is not paid. How can it be changed back to orders waiting payment to send an invoice

Just go back and click on it again.     That will undo the paid mark or should.  You can undo it.

I tried to go back and do that but can't find a button to do it.

Go here to this link.  Find the order.  On the left is a drop down menu.  You should find what you need there.
