paying for shipping label

I've been paying for shipping labels with a credit card, forever. Recently a shipping label cost came out of my linked bank account. I did not change anything. I can't find the setting where I choose how to pay for a shipping label. Did something change recently?  I just printed another label and stupidly forgot to look at how I was paying for it.

When you go to print your shipping label, before you actually press the button to print it, scroll all the way to the bottom.  You have the choice of having the charge for the label taken from your payout or taken from your Paypal account.  If you select Paypal, what is the default method of payment selected there?
